Get to Know Me

I provide individual assessment and therapy services for adults 18 years and older. My areas of clinical focus include but are not limited to: Depression, Stress and Anxiety, Anger, Communication and Relationship concerns, Trauma and abuse, Grief and Loss, Sleep Issues, and coping with life change/adjustment. I work to help individuals understand these challenges, identify and adopt adaptive responses to their difficulties, and achieve a life more consistent with their hopes than their fears or concerns, working toward greater health happiness and life satisfaction.

I am a 1994 graduate from Northern Michigan University, and 1999 doctoral graduate (Clinical Psychology) from the University of Arkansas. I have worked at state psychiatric hospitals in Wyoming and Washington state, as well as outpatient care through private practice, correctional psychology (MDOC], and with Veterans and Active Duty members (Veterans Administration, Madigan Army Medical Center and deployment). I have over 20 years experience in these diverse settings with diverse clients.
